Congratulations. It is an exciting time. There is nothing like it. You guys will have something that is yours, it is comforting, happiness, stability, scariness, frustration all rolled into one. It is the best thing in the world, you can do anything to it you want. If you want to paint a wall or knock it down, the choice is yours. We are so happy for you guys!

Hey kim I saw your post about the loan(s). Yes we are getting the RD loan as well (Assuming we can locate a home we want to buy-actaully had a bid on one 2 weeks ago but got into a price war with someone and they won). So you can only roll your van loan into it because you are buying a home that is worth more than you are paying for it right? That would be nice, if we could find that as well...We have been in over 100 homes! I am exhausted from it all.
